Cremissimo Milano is our house espresso, our go-to E.S.E. pod for everyday drinking, which means starting our mornings with a cappuccino, a habit we trace back to teaching and consulting in Italy. It is a rich, balanced blend with some depth and ample crema. It works as well for a straight shot of espresso, "uma bica" as they say in Portugal, where I also taught. Recommended for those who want character in their espresso without going to extremes.
