This is my favorite afternoon/evening espresso. This is deep and smooth! I cannot recommend strongly enough to new customers to use the Arabica sampler and the "Pod Picking" product offering to narrow down your personal or family preferences. |

Heaven in a cup!! I've enjoyed all of the coffees in the Arabica assortment, very good quality, but THIS ONE IS IT! I'm using a Francis Francis X1, and this is the perfect pod for an exquisite cappuccino. I use a good-sized mug and first froth my milk right in the mug (about 4 ounces of milk) -- then shoot a blank to bring the temperature down to make the coffee. In goes the pod and out comes crema! Lots of it, and a rich full-bodied coffee that is to die for. I didn't find it at all bitter (perhaps a previous reviewer let it brew a bit too long?) but very intense and with a lot of character. I'm finishing the cup as I type this, and will be sorely tempted to go make myself another. |

I found this coffee to be very dark, smokey, and just a little too bitter. Not my preference but still a good espresso. I preferred it as an iced coffee drink. |
